OVERVIEW
The process for Sri Lanka is relatively well established, though it tends to take some time because of the letter of authorization sent by the family. The authorization must be verified through the embassy.

✓ COVID test confirmation certificate
✓ Non-contagious disease certificate
✓ Consular verification from the Sri Lankan Embassy in Korea
✓ Autopsy clearance certificate (in cases involving a police investigation)

A casket meeting international transport standards is required. Some airlines may have additional packaging requirements, which we confirm at the time of booking.

NOTES
Where the family is overseas, the letter of authorization must be processed promptly. Preparing documents in advance can shorten the overall timeline considerably.
